Auction House is getting closed - how to react?

As you many of you have probably already heard, the AH is going to be closed on March 2014.

But question remains - what to do with your items and gold, what will happen to the market? Obviously, thats really difficult thing to answer, no is really able to predict even regular financial markets, not to speak game realms.


1) Be sure to withdraw all real money you made before the closing date. There was still no official statement about fate of that unclaimed bucks. And you don't want it to be turned into Blizzard e-store currency, do you?

2) If you have hundredths of millions gold pieces, turn it to $ or € of course. And now might be the good time to do it. People are nervous and gold is getting expensive. That will probably return to normal after some weeks.




3) Invest into gems and crafting materials. Items and equipment will lose much of its value after Loot 2.0 and RoS, as lvl 70 items will appear. Gems will be always highly valued nevertheless. Crafting essences will be probably convertible.

4) Obviously, try to sell as many equipment you can now. It will be much harder to make profit without AH, and as mentioned above, in RoS, it will lose much if it assets. Then again, if you are looking to improve you high-end gear, it will supposedly get much cheaper now. Might be good time to get a possession of a better Chantodo's or Mempo...

5) Keep some money for the new system. There will be Mystic to sink a lot of gold in exchange of transforming you weapons into something greater. And also, you will probably gonna want to buy some of the new items after.

Review of RoS new skills

Upcoming Reaper of Souls changes for Wizard leaked! And it brings pretty awesome buffs for that class . . .

Full changelog (please keep in mind it will probably change a lot before released)

Stuff I like -

New Paralysis - now its much more easier to achieve the stun with high AS

Unwavering Will and Audacity - damage and armor boosters for final stands, i. e. Archons, Disintegrate or Twister Blasters

Arcane Orb - HUGE changes! More dmg, lower Arcane Power costs, much more versatility... finally a really appealing skill for masses

Wave of Force - no cooldown, cheaper. Looks good on paper, will see about it in reality.

Energy Twister - lower power costs, possibility for cold dmg output. I don't see the point behind that, it was pretty much easy to spam skill already (and boring). But why the hell not, the better wizaard, the better the game.

Meteor - cheaper and better. Pulsar rune could be painful if your [Critical Mass] can shorten the cooldown enough. Looking forward.

Black Hole - again, sounds good on paper, will see.

Armor skill, Diamond Skin - some welcomed changes, but not enough data yet to judge.


Overall, these buffs looks pretty awesome and will give Wizards much more new ways to play. And variety in builds is always the way to go. +1 Blizzard!

AH error September 25th report

Quick report - today, I´ve come across this bug:

0 limit error

Anyone can confirm? Or is it just me? What is going on?

EDIT #2: back ONLINE now, fixed after approx. 10hours

The error seemed to be a remnant of the maintenance that took place overnight.
